Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Demand Generation team within Digital Services. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving growth by helping the Demand Generation team to generate qualified leads and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. You will combine data management, campaign coordination, and business development initiatives to support the team’s efforts in generating leads and fostering meaningful connections. Administrative Tasks & Data Management:

CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates of lead information in the CRM system, upholding data integrity.

Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics and sales conversion rates, using insights to support strategic decisions. 

Campaign Coordination:

Event & Campaign Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation activities such as webinars, conferences, workshops and digital outreach.

Market Touchpoints: Manage website updates and social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in outreach.

Internal & External Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, effective campaign rollouts and meeting targets.

Business Development Tasks:

Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify and source new leads through research and outreach, ensuring all market opportunities are explored for all the Digital teams. 

Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on specific criteria and assign them to the appropriate teams for follow-up.

Nurturing Strategies: Execute lead nurturing strategies that engage prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.

Collaboration:

Team Engagement: Work closely with other members of the Demand Generation team to drive efforts toward meeting sales targets.

Partnership with Marketing & Communications: Partner with the Marketing & Communications team on business development initiatives, ensuring effective content and campaign execution. 

Insights: Provide insights and latest trends on potential opportunities and pipeline status.

Thought Leadership: Contribute to the preparation of thought leadership articles 

Market Research and Analysis:

Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for demand generation.

Industry Analysis: Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies. 

About You

The successful candidate will possess: 

A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred (e.g., BCom, Master of Science in Marketing, Business & Computing). However, candidates with equivalent relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

2-4 years of experience in business development, demand generation, or a similar role. Background in the technology field would be a plus.

Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple platforms.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization skills.

A team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Open-minded and adaptable, capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business development and customer engagement.
