We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth across our expansive suite of integrated solutions, including Records Management, Digital Solutions, Information Management, Information Governance, and Data Management. This is a high-impact, results-oriented role focused on building relationships with key accounts, uncovering business needs, and driving revenue across multiple service portfolios.
In this position, you’ll leverage a combination of strategic prospecting, networking within the organization, and collaborating with sales channels to develop and close complex, high-value opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to penetrate existing accounts, expand market share, and exceed sales targets while working with senior-level executives to deliver tailored solutions that address their most pressing business challenges.
You’ll need a proven track record in consultative sales, a deep understanding of integrated solutions, and the ability to influence and sell to C-suite decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of direct sales experience selling specified integrated solutions, records management, document management, workflow, business process and/or imaging services.

Strong background and proven experience of strategic opportunity management, sales process and solution sellingThe ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirementsProficient at tender writing, business case development and proposal generationCollaborative team player capable of leading functional opportunity teamsExcellent written, oral and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skillsAbility to influence and negotiateAbility to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire companyAbility to team effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues
