Job Description Engage prospective customers by phone and email. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper hand-offs. Make a great first impression with our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry, and more. EXECUTION EXCELLENCEEnsures proper implementation of projects and programs for the area and achievement of area revenue
TASKS:
Conducts trade checks on touchpoints (RKAs, Tiangges, VMs,) with regard to the availability of Globe/ECPay products, merch placement, and customer profiling
Conducts trade checks on regional branches with regard to the availability of Globe products, merch placement, and customer profile
Educates frontliner/or lessor/manager on new promotions, services, etc.
Creates tailor-fit programs for priority areas/barangay
Implements prepaid projects acqui execution initiatives
Conducts post-mortem analysis of program executions
Determines deployment of BB blitzes to hit BB targets
Monitors application flowthrough and collaborate with enablers as needed
Nominates applicable merch for retail and large formats
Executes Mobile and BB projects, as necessary, in coordination with the OM/BDO and ensures the performance of required activities (i.e. review and approval of deployment plan to be submitted to AOH/TMM, coordinate number of SIMs to purchase, monitor SIM Issuance, observe TD/BBSP and pre-deployment huddles, etc.)
Determines deployment of BB blitzes to hit BB targets and monitor application flowthrough
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Builds and sustains relationship with partners to grow the business
TASKS:
Negotiates and close agreements with external partners on possible business opportunities, merch placements and locations for local executions
Acquires, onboards and retains retailers (load/cash-in/bills pay and other One Globe services or 917 portfolio)
Provides data on Key Accounts' regional branches to BDM as input to the area's factbook
SITE ACQUISITION
Identifies, researches, analyzes, and negotiates sites and lease for vending machines, TMBayan, Gogoro
TASKS:
Identifies candidates for specific site leases in compliance with set site guidelines
Negotiates lease acquisitions and amendments
Oversees leasing operations and ensures that assignment and schedule of related work follow agreed-upon timelines
SALES OPERATIONS
Oversees sales operations of vending machines, Gogoro, P2P, and ECpay of Territory Partners
TASKS:
Conducts retailer pitch, presents the benefits and opportunities, and explains the requirements needed to become an ECPartner
Applies appropriate negotiation approaches to influence the retailer to become an ECPartner
Answers queries from retailers and handles their objections effectively
Registers retailers via GTAP and ensures that all information is accurate and complete
Assists retailer with first log-in
Coordinates with TD for Retailer Salu-Salo (virtual or face-to-face) to ramp up acquisition and follows through on the completion of requirements and GTAP registration
Conducts ECPay app walkthrough and assesses or confirms understanding of the retailer
Prepares monthly work and route plan
Checks wallet inventory of AMAX/ECPay, transaction profile, merch, SIM availability
Conducts retailer salu-salos, educates retailers on fund-in channels and nudges them to digital channels
Reports GTAP concerns/issues encountered during onboarding to the AOH, if there are any, in a timely manner
Places merch materials after onboarding the retailer and recommends where to best place the merch
Discusses ECPay CS Hotline and adds the retailer to ECPay Community Retailers Facebook
Ensures first-fund in from acquired retailers
Conducts regular fieldwork, work-with/work-behind to validate compliance with the standards
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Builds and sustains relationship with Retailers, Tiangge, LGUs, Barangays, Schools. etc.
TASKS:
Negotiates and closes agreement for various business and merch opportunities and execution locations and
Builds relationships with Tiangges (i.e. frontliner education, inventory management, etc.)
Facilitates Regional Business Building Activities, Festivals and GTM Executions
Creates recovery programs (i.e. merch, promos, etc.)
