As Business Development Intern you will develop customer profiles, leverage social media, assist in creation of business development strategies and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Business Development Intern** **.** This position will be a **full-time, hybrid internship role** **in Newark, Delaware.** The internship program runs from June 2nd 2025 - August 1st 2025.
**What** **You’ll** **Do**
+ Develop comprehensive customer profiles to identify and understand target markets
+ Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients
+ Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies
+ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
+ Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company goals
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ Junior status in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
+ Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in using social media platforms
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability tosafely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistentwith the ADA and other federal,state,and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting orremainingstationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer,utilizinga mouse, keyboard, and monitor
