Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Keep our office running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the efficient internal communication and schedulesProject Coordination: Participate in high level meetings, complete and distribute meeting minutes, follow-up with partners, manage next steps, project manage key tasks, collaborate with various internal teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met, maintain documentation, track progress, and prepare requested reports.Financial Analysis: Financial modeling and projections for key projects and budgets. Event Coordination: Plan and execute tours, partner visits and leader meetings, conferences, and live event logistics, and follow up on outcomes. Strategic Contribution: Conduct research as requested, and distill complex documents, concepts or information into clear and concise key points.Disclaimer
