This role is designed for a forward-thinking, innovative leader passionate about shaping healthcare transformation in emerging countries. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and lead strategic initiatives to grow Siemens Healthineers' presence and impact within the African healthcare ecosystem.

Your Role:

Identify and assess new market opportunities, business partnerships, and innovative initiatives to drive growth in indirect African countries. Lead the development and execution of creative and strategic initiatives, from concept to implementation, aligned with Siemens Healthineers’ vision of bringing access to healthcare for everyone, everywhere. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental bodies, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and private-sector partners. Conduct in-depth market research to understand the region’s healthcare needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to guide the development of tailored solutions. Work closely with business lines, sales and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.Contribute to revenue generation through new business ventures while delivering measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

Your Expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in healthcare or related sectors, with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives in emerging markets.Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Africa and experience working across multiple African countries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to speak French, English & Arabic.
