Business Development Lead, UBS Wealth Advice Center

You will
• collaborate across different lines of business within and outside of the Wealth Advice Center to manage hiring needs and fill talent gaps
• be responsible for proactively attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for jobs within our organization
• provide input into overall hiring plan and strategy of the organization to ensure our teams are properly staffed
• partner with our GWM Recruiting team to deploy tools and resources that enable our team to operate efficiently and, in a candidate and client-focused way; ensure recruiting pipeline and ad-hoc initiatives are optimally managed on a regular basis
• create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position within our business
• partner with marketing to build out campaigns, content, internal and external facing websites to promote our talent and programs
• promote open jobs through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
