About the Job: Hold Brother's Capital is a self-clearing broker-dealer with a specialization in proprietary trading in US equities markets, headquartered in New York City. We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our business goals. Responsibilities: + Work closely with senior management to align with the company's business goals and objectives. + Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiating final deals. + Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide valuable recommendations for change. + Cultivate and nurture relationships with external lead sources, such as industry professionals and organizations. + Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of trading practices, market trends, and trading systems to effectively address client needs. + Maintain a strong understanding of the company's organizational structure to ensure efficient collaboration across departments. Requirements + Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals. + Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and lead sources. + Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Maintain a detail-oriented, professional, and polished demeanor. + Possess a solid understanding of the company's organizational structure. + Have or be willing to obtain the Series 7 license.
