What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: Primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of site-based Teammates at key client facilities. Responsibilities also include the support in identifying new business and development and supervision of site-based Teammates to achieve established goals and client directives. This position will be responsible for working within established, budgetary guidelines, and successfully meeting or exceeding established goals. Work at this level requires progressive experience in recruiting, staffing, and human resources.  This work will be performed under minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Implementation of sales strategy including established goals and objectives.

Identifying and facilitating the growth of relationships and expanding our footprint within our existing client sites. 

Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within client organization.

Set up meetings between client decision makers and Hargrove Leaders.

Implementation of performance management and improvement systems.

Procedure development, implementation, and documentation.

Oversight of Hargrove on site Teammates, handling Performance assessments, conducting safety meetings, and coordinating events for our on-site Teams.

Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

Budget implementation and adherence to same. 

Track purchase order utilization and issue new proposals for change order request.

Understanding of existing client agreements, including client specifics.

Draft and submit proposals for new opportunities for existing clients.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Registration: Certified Staffing or Technical Services certification is highly preferred.

Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of recruiting and staffing administration or management. Human Resources experience is preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Travel (local and overnight) to client sites will be required. 

Knowledge of office administration procedures.

Extreme attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking.

Ability to analyze data, make judgments and develop reports.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.

Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality in all areas. 

Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or laws.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of teammates.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and other software as needed. 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
