The Great American Trucking Division is looking for a dynamic person to lead our six-person business development group. This position will manage a national territory and have responsibility for sales growth of our Captive and Traditional Trucking Product offerings. The person hired for this position can work remotely or from a Great American office location and must be able to travel at least 30-50% of the time including overnight travel. A successful candidate will have experience in leading business development teams in the commercial trucking world.

Bachelor's degree is preferred, and generally a minimum of 8-10 years of related underwriting and business development experience is required.Transportation and related experience are preferred.Experience managing and directing business developers who call on insurance agencies is required. Strong analytical skills, excel expertise, and financial acumen are also required. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.Business Unit:
