The Opportunity:
CACI is searching for a Business Development Manager to lead business development and facilitate proposal operations, to deliver growth in total revenue and profit, by capturing new business opportunities in the Federal Government space. You will individually lead or manage the efforts of business development team members on identifying and winning tactical contracts and strategic new business contracts worth up to, or in some cases exceeding $50M.
You will be based at our Arlington, Virginia location, or hybrid office and home location, and can expect to spend up to 10% of your time on business travel within the continental United States.
Responsibilities:
Oversees business development and capture activities to create growth in new business. Builds relationships with key customer organizations and with industry partners to facilitate success. Delegates specific responsibilities to team members and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Responsible to lead business development staff to identify and capture new business opportunities, including task order opportunities worth $2M - $25M in annual revenue.Identifies and qualifies a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.Identifies and negotiates teaming arrangements with qualified vendors to augment and strengthen capabilities to win bid opportunities.Recommends innovative technology solutions, including integrating vendor niche product offerings, to create winning approaches to facilitate new business growth.Engages customers in identifying and shaping opportunities. This includes active communication of filtered, actionable intelligence back to the Business Group and Business Development staff.Shepherds Captures and Proposal efforts of team members to maintain continuity across the BD lifecycle, enhancing our ability to win as opportunities pass from qualification into capture and then proposal.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
