What you'll doBuild and execute strategies to grow sales of Teledyne FLIR Defense products in APACLead proposal development and manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, and demo requestsDevelop long-term customer relationships and anticipate future needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and complianceAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategyServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers from pre-sale to post-saleSupport licensing and administrative processes for international salesDrive predictable revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targetsPromote Teledyne FLIR’s solutions to end users and integratorsMaintain a healthy pipeline and backlog across multiple product lines

What you needStrong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills (required)Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (required)Proven experience in defense-related sales, especially military or para-public markets (required)Experience with government tenders and competitive bids (required)Familiarity with EO/IR and thermal imaging technologies (advantage)Understanding of airborne, maritime, land, and border protection markets (advantage)Degree-level education or equivalent defense industry experience (required)Fluency in English; other regional languages are a plus (advantage)
