Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Business Development Manager, Circuit Breakers located in Moon Township, PA. This position offers relocation to candidates that live 50 miles outside the Moon Township, PA facility. The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and leading growth opportunities through the stages of the selling cycle. This position will focus on developing and securing opportunities in support of the PCD growth strategies in the East and Gulf regions of the U.S. Additionally, the role will have responsibility for the continued strategic direction and execution of PCD’s Datacenter segment. The person in this role will proactively focus on building order backlog for key product lines to ensure that PCD captures market share by leveraging increased capacity. With high levels of exposure and interaction with various sales and marketing teams, this role serve as a potential step before moving to become a sales manager, product line manager, or marketing manager. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** 1. Develop a regional growth plan by identifying target growth customers and strategic product focused initiatives based on market, share, key customers, competitors and new technologies. 2. Accountable to meet orders plan vs plan / monthly forecast. 3. Proactively focus on order backlog for all key customers in the region and target segment (EOEM). 4. Develop aggressive plans to capture market share in the regions. 5. Collaborate with regional sales teams to build relationships and secure business. 6. Develop executive and senior level relationships with identified target & growth accounts, drive synergy between locations to help with holistic strategic direction. Travel to the customers as needed (upto 50%) 7. Collaborate with product line teams. 8. Lead and align sales efforts around opportunity identification, pursuit and closure. 9. Provide specific Voice of Customer feedback to appropriate product line. **Qualifications:** **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:** • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of (3) years work experience in sales, sales management, or product management role • Minimum (5) years work experience in the electrical industry • Possess and maintains an valid and unrestricted driver’s license • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing from an accredited institution • 5 years of experience in sales, technical support, marketing or engineering • Breaker manufacturing and industry experience • Product management experience • MBA \#LI-JH2 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
