These customers can choose from more than 120 million products and this vast choice is only possible because of the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses who offer their products on the platform. Today more than 50% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers.
Amazon Türkiye is looking for a dynamic and creative senior manager who will support our sellers and 3rd party developers/integrators in integrating and working with our Selling Partner APIs. You will be supporting Amazon SP API (Selling Partner API) clients’ technical and operational needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with Selling Partners, Developers, and Global Partner teams and Tech teams to develop and support the selection/listing pipelines of integrator/developers. Working in tandem alongside a team of Account Managers.
Key job responsibilities
- Supporting Amazon MWS (Marketplace Web Services) and SP API (Selling Partner API) clients’ technical and operational needs.
- Partnering with third-party Software Developers who can satisfy the needs of Amazon Selling Partners, attain success through integrating with SP-APIs.
- Driving analysis and data driven commercial programs to align developer and Amazon incentives, serving as a channel for new selection/seller acquisition.
- Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to sellers, 3rd party developers and integrators.
- Being a voice and advocate for our sellers and 3rd party developers. Being the point of contact for 3rd party integrators and managing our relationship with those.
- Working with customers to understand how they use Amazon MWS and SP API, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
