This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City.

LinkedIn’s Business Development team plays a critical role in executing and accelerating LinkedIn’s Product roadmap and strategy. The BD team is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization globally through partnerships. We do so by articulating partner strategies, identifying and executing the right deals, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives, in collaboration with product and other cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for driving the growth of LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions partnerships.
The Business Development Manager plays a significant leadership role in LinkedIn’s business and product teams. The person in this role will be focused on developing and executing high impact product and partnership strategies that help sellers on LinkedIn find, research, and engage leads to drive high quality conversations with the people that matter. This role is entrepreneurial in nature, requiring the ability to translate SalesTech ecosystem insights into transformative partnerships opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Legal, and Marketing to drive results for those partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute product strategies and partnerships for LinkedIn Sales Solutions’ flagship product - Sales Navigator.
+ Analyze the evolving sales engagement ecosystem to identify trends and opportunities that enhance LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s product strategy.
+ Act as a thought leader, sharing insights with internal teams and external partners to position LinkedIn as an innovator in sales engagement.
+ Identify and build partnerships with key sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, AI-driven insights platforms) that complement LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s capabilities.
+ Drive win-win co-innovation with partners to deliver differentiated features and functionality for joint customers.
+ Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product partnerships, including concept ideation, negotiation, integration, and go-to-market launch.
+ Negotiate partnership agreements working with Legal and other cross functional teams to drive to decisions and commitment on deal points
+ Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships between LinkedIn and key salestech partners and relevant industry groups
Basic Qualifications
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
+ 7+ years of experience in partnership related role (e.g. Business Development, Partner Management) in a technology company
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in an analytical role or responsibilities (e.g. consulting firm, investment bank, corporate M&A/Corporate Strategy or Business Operations) ideally working on product strategy
+ Direct working experience in one of the following domains: Sales engagement, Sales intelligence, Conversation intelligence, Account-based marketing
+ Demonstrated experience developing and executing on product strategy from 0 to 1
+ Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, move fast, working independently across multiple groups and thriving in a dynamic environment
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex ideas into clear messaging for both C-Suite and technical audiences
+ Personal values align with LinkedIn core values and ability to collaborate effectively in a win-win fashion with XFN teams and partners

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
