Responsibilities Purpose of position: This position will be responsible for the business development of MSA MiliPol product portfolio and in the assigned sales area. Support, enhance and help growing MSA Channel Partner network in EER and SER. The goal of the position is to drive acceptance of MSA products by customer, create demand and increase project wins rate. Visit end users and support partners in the field. Train and support customers in the use and deployment of MSA product range. Location: anywhere in Poland, but preferably close to the airport Major responsibilities: Sales Development Visiting existing customers and developing presentation of MSA MiliPol product portfolio Support existing distributor network and area sales manager for shows Develop and enhance channel partner network Monitoring the competition Offer solutions in cooperation with partners Work with partners to complete offers to end users Project management Work with partners and customers on technical documentation and tender specifications Organize cross functional work in MSA to fulfill customer needs and expectations Regional shows Participation and company representation in trade shows Organization of customer regional oriented open door activities with Partners Pipeline management Use Salesforce as CRM to provide insight on customer needs; Support demand planning process Qualifications Experience required: A minimum of 3 years in sales experience (preferred working MiliPol accounts) Proven skills in selling to governmental customers Fluent English and Polish as mandatory (any Slavic/Balkan languages is a plus) Management of customer projects with international cross functional team support Experience preferred: Comprehensive understanding of Army and/or Police safety product standards and practices Tender process experience Salesforce CRM Travel: estimated 60%
