Business Development Manager, Monetization
**Summary:** The Monetization Global Business Development team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing key deals with an ecosystem of advertising, commerce and messaging partners that help drive revenue growth in core business. As a member of this team, you will get to work on high impact opportunities that can potentially make a direct impact to the top line of the company. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals with an ecosystem of ads and commerce partners that help drive revenue growth in core business 2. Demonstrate fluency in the most complex legal and business issues in contracts and develop creative win-win solutions with our partners 3. Be agile and execute across a broad range of products including mobile, video, advertising, big data, platforms, commerce and growth 4. Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable partnerships plans 5. Lead cross-functional internal alignment to drive decision making in the deal process 6. Collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents to help define go-to-market strategy and drive sign-off from internal leadership 7. Represent Meta in meetings with executives from our partner companies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or related field in an internet or technology startup environment 9. Experience in working closely with product teams on new product partnerships, ecosystem strategy and product strategy 10. Experience with structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements 11. Experience analyzing data and deriving actionable business insights. Experience distilling information and insights into effective presentations for leadership **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 12. Masters or MBA preferred 13. Experience closing strategic software, services, data and licensing deals 14. Experience in an internet or technology environment 15. Experience managing leadership escalations/briefings on complex partner related issues 16. Experience learning new technologies and distilling information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders 17. Familiarity/Knowledge with advertising, e-commerce and messaging platforms businesses, landscape and challenges/opportunities of the ecosystem 18. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Legal, Engineering, Partnerships, Sales and Marketing **Industry:** Internet
