What Will You Do?

Build and expand relationships with existing customers and partners, uncovering new opportunities within established accounts.Addressing business challenges and driving customer satisfaction through supply chain and value-added services.Leverage experience in technical or engineering environments with a strong knowledge of pricing models in the electronics industry to manage vendor and customer interactions.Develop and execute strategic account plans, lead internal and customer-facing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and uncover new sales opportunities.Promote Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs, utilizing proficiency in Salesforce.com and Oracle to manage sales tracking and supplier relationships.Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable earnings tied to sales-related goalsLeverage experience in giving presentations for end customers or resellers

 

What Are We Looking For?

Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development, with a focus on account growth.Microsoft Azure/Modern Work is a must.Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.
