**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Development**
+ Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive sales and market penetration for **Selution SLR** in Germany.
+ Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interventional cardiologists, purchasing managers, and healthcare institutions.
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
+ Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
**Sales Execution**
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets for drug-coated balloons, with an initial focus on **Selution SLR** .
+ Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, highlighting the unique benefits and clinical applications of **Selution SLR** .
+ Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Project Management**
+ Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects related to the commercialization of **Selution SLR** and other cardiovascular products.
+ Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, regulatory, healthcare economics and logistics) to ensure timely product delivery and project milestones.
+ Drive post-launch initiatives, including customer feedback collection, market analysis, and continuous improvement of sales strategies.
+ Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
**Training & Education**
+ Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and usage of **Selution SLR** and other drug-coated balloons.
+ Support clinical teams during product evaluations, providing technical and procedural support where necessary.
**Qualifikationen**
+ **Key Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the cardiovascular or medical device industry.
+ Proven track record of successful product launches and sales growth in Germany.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and drug-coated balloon technology.
+ Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English.
+ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
