Our experience in financing, management consulting, designing as well as optimizing process and discrete plants from an automation and power distribution point of view, allows us to support our customers with consulting, optimizing, engineering and commissioning of their hydrogen plants. .

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. This position will be remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Houston, TX area. 

The Business Development position drives profitable sales growth, emphasizing technical specifications and account influence. Responsibilities include planning, demand creation, specification influence, target penetration, promotions, collaboration, budget proposals, opportunity management, training, and accurate forecasting. Daily client interaction and assistance in meeting annual targets are also expected.

You’ll make an impact as you:

Contact clients and become actively involved during the sales and execution phase. Help the business unit with setting up annual Vertical targets based on the market dynamics and then later help business unit to successfully meet the set targets.Identify and cover emerging players within this evolving green field market. Provide accurate monthly forecasting of the projects in the pipeline. Serve as a liaison, supporting Sales Account Managers, Channel agents, and others. Additionally, you'll provide marketing advice and leadership to enhance overall market effectiveness. Develop account development plans (market analysis and definition of strategic objectives, transparency through acquisition of projects in the CRM tool). Manage the technical support for the customer in terms of the products and their integration into power supply systems, support for prequalification processes at the Key and Focus Accounts. Support various project management activities.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of business development / technical sales experience within the energy, automation or IT sectors. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, including some international travel.Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering. Fluent in Spanish.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
