Job DescriptionMarket Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive developments in the field of sterile packaging.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
Consulting & Sales: Present our products and solutions, develop customized packaging concepts, and support customer projects from inquiry to implementation.
Networking: Attend trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to position our company and identify new business partners.
Collaboration with Internal and External Partners:
Work closely with the local Business Development Managers at our two production sites to optimize market coverage and customer support.
Coordinate with product development, production, and quality assurance teams to efficiently implement customer requirements.
QualificationsSuccessfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, packaging technology, medical technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management – ideally in the medical technology, or packaging solutions sector.
Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for sterile packaging of medical or pharmaceutical products.
Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise at all decision-making levels.
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.
Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple locations.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
