As a Business Development Manager in the Direct Channel, you will play a key role in driving AIA Corporate Solutions’ growth by acquiring new corporate clients and promoting our suite of employee benefit offerings. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on uncovering opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and building meaningful relationships that support healthier, more resilient workplaces.

Responsibilities:

Drive New Business Growth: Identify and secure new corporate clients by working with cross country  teams,  actively prospecting, pitching tailored employee benefits solutions and closing strategic deals.Pipeline Management:  Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline through diligent tracking, forecasting and reporting.Market Expansion: Leverage on industry knowledge, competitors insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and expand our footprint across key segments.Client-Centric Solutions:  Understanding client needs and pain points to co-create innovative, data-backed proposals that deliver real value and differentiate AIA’s offerings.Thought leadership & Representation: Represent AIA at industry events to build brand credibility and strengthen market presence Stakeholder Engagement:  Coordinate across internal teams and external  partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experienceBusiness Transformation:  Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.Team Support:  Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.

Education – Minimum Diploma holderMinimum 3 years related Industry ExperienceMicrosoft Office & Powerpoint SkillsCertifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
