We are searching for a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager to join our Sales team, so that we can expand our footprint across the healthcare sector and deliver RLDatix solutions to new clients. The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities and revenue growth to support RLDatix’s mission of enabling safer, more efficient healthcare delivery. How You’ll Spend Your Time + Prospecting new clients and leads to drive new business and open new opportunities + Collaborating with the marketing team to acquire and communicate market intelligence + Qualifying sales opportunities in order to build a strong and strategic pipeline + Negotiating commercial contracts to close deals and meet quarterly sales targets + Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer trust and business expansion What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having + Proven experience in selling within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment + Demonstrated success in closing deals and selling to both warm and greenfield accounts + In-depth knowledge of strategic sales planning and account development + Ability to commute to Melbourne office on a hybrid schedule + Sincere interest in improving healthcare delivery through technology + A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
