SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate responsible to lead and drive the sales. This role is pivotal in expanding market share and managing strategic accounts and key relationships within semiconductor industry (Fabs, OEMs, construction companies, CMs, A&Es, etc....).

The Manager/Rep strategizes and leads the business development and sales activities for Media Supply equipment and services to the semiconductor industry customers and other relevant high technology industries. S/he holds regular contact with customers procurement and end users to evaluate and discuss potential sales opportunities for Exentec equipment and services. S/he establishes contact between demand (Fabs & OEMs) and supply (Exentec Media Supply) in case of identified sales opportunities and facilitates & supports the corresponding sales process. S/he provides feedback to management regarding future needs of Fabs and OEMs and required development of equipment and service portfolio of Exentec.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. Identifies upcoming customer projects and the corresponding sales opportunities. Prospecting for potential new clients and turns this into increased business. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, market analysis, and support Salesforce.com management. Oversee timely, accurate, and professional bid activities. Keeps constant contact with relevant stakeholders including customers and Exentec. Ensuring an efficient communication between customers and Exentec Lead sales activities for strategic and tactical accounts. Define strategic goals, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes deals and maintains extensive knowledge of market conditions. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Handle objections by clarifying and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Foster an inclusive work environment and work collaboratively with other personnel Follow up on bids, close on opportunities; conduct post-mortem on lost bids, discuss lessons learned with management and evaluate strategy adjustments. Communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently verbally and in writing. Periodic travel to various market or customer locations as appropriate and necessary. Adherence to safety policies and practices of an office, production areas and at customer sites. Keeps constant contact with relevant stakeholders including customers and Exentec management Ensures an efficient communication between customers and Exentec Other duties as assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably with the Semiconductor market. Minimum of 5 years of experience with specialty gas delivery systems preferred Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building Good organizational skills. High energy level, self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Highly developed business acumen Proven ability to properly identify, assess and resolve problems Absolute commitment to ethical business standards Demonstrated experience in collaborative working relationships with peers Track record working in a multicultural environment Willingness to travel Strong self-starter and self-directed characteristics Clearly exhibits hands on mentality and approach High sense of personal motivation and understanding the sense of urgency Experienced in successfully developing and maintaining close client relationships Intercultural awareness and ability to connect to people with different cultural backgrounds

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred), in lieu of a college degree and 5 years of semiconductor technical sales experience.
