We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our network of clinical referrers - including physiotherapists, chiropractors, consultants, and private GPs. As demand for fast, reliable diagnostic imaging grows, we need a strong communicator and relationship builder to help us meet it.

Vista Health is a leader in UK diagnostic imaging, offering MRI, CT, Ultrasound and Endoscopy services with fast turnaround, expert reporting, and a reputation for innovation and accessibility.

As a Business Development Manager with Vista, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth by developing existing partnerships and generating new opportunities through strategic account management and targeted business development.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver a growth-focused plan for new and existing clients

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Build lasting relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers

Analyse data to drive strategy and performance

Represent Vista at events, expos, and client meetings

Ensure CRM (Salesforce) is used effectively

Collaborate with Marketing to support partner engagement

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

What We’re Looking For

Proven business development or relationship management experience

Private healthcare or PMI experience preferred (not essential)

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude

Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders

Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and conversion
