Business Development Manager (Remote - Canada)

Our client is growing quickly, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in building and leading our high-performing sales development function.
 
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of BDRs while shaping the foundation for future growth. This is not a quota-carrying role; your success will be measured by the team's ability to generate qualified pipeline and hit targets. 
 
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 BDRs to consistently exceed quotas Build out the structure, goals, and requirements for the BDR function Define and optimize territories and outreach strategies (focus on North America/US) Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, pipeline growth, and market expansion Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and professional growth within the team Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience as a BDM or progression from BDR → AE → Manager Open to strong performers currently in Senior BDR / Team Lead roles ready for the next step Track record of hitting and exceeding targets in SaaS sales Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Passion for mentoring and developing talent, with an interest in broader career paths beyond sales Key Details
