Business Development Manager

1. Key responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential B2B education partnerships through proactive outreach (such as cold/warm calls and emails, networking) and innovative offline/online marketing campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team).
+ Identify the specific needs of potential education partners and propose tailored solutions aligned with our business model within the education industry.
+ Present our solution to prospective education partners, nurturing relationships and fostering trust throughout the sales cycle.
+ Collaborate closely with product and management teams to design and deliver customized service product solutions, ensuring the satisfaction of our partners.
+ Proactively seek new business opportunities to contribute to short-term, and long-term growth of the company.
+ Manage the full cycle from initial prospecting to onboarding new education partners, ensuring a seamless transition and integration.
+ Develop and refine best practices and sales techniques to optimize business growth and enhance profitability.
+ Manage all aspects of business-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
+ Conduct thorough business performance forecasting and analysis, preparing reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
+ Provide guidance and training to the business development team to enhance their skills and performance.
2. Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, management, and related areas.
+ At least 3 years experience with a track record in Business Development or similar roles. Experience in education/training is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience with multiple lead generation and sales techniques, delivering engaging presentations.
+ Experience with building sales decks and preparing sales call scenarios.
+ Experience in organizing marketing and community events, both online & offline.
+ Experience with Google Sheets, CRM, and the ability to think strategically.
+ Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales outcomes and high-performance expectations.
+ Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written.
+ Can work under pressure with monthly KPI.
