As a Business Development Specialist/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence in the San Diego and Riverside Counties. Your innovative approach and strategic insights will not only drive business development but also uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Collaborating closely with firm Principals and Marketing, you'll contribute to setting and achieving ambitious goals while nurturing connections within the dynamic A/E/C industry.

What you will do: Forge and cultivate relationships with our target client base through creative and strategic approaches. Articulate and champion our comprehensive suite of services and specialized expertise with compelling clarity. Collaborate proactively with firm Principals to craft and execute strategic plans and objectives. Innovate and optimize business development strategies to fuel rapid growth and market leadership. Actively participate in industry associations and leverage networking events to ignite new leads and sustain valuable connections. Lead direct outreach efforts to engage with private and public sector clients effectively. Partner closely with the Marketing Director to conduct insightful market research, meticulously track client engagements, and uncover new avenues for growth.


What we are looking for: Minimum 10 years of business development experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully developing new business and nurturing client relationships, ideally within the A/E/C industry. Exhibit a blend of independence and collaborative spirit, thriving in both individual and team-driven environments. Possess a proactive, self-starting attitude with a knack for seamlessly managing multiple priorities and initiatives. Proficiency in CRM databases is essential; familiarity with Deltek Vision is a significant advantage, showcasing your technological prowess and adaptability.
