The Business Development Manager will seek and develop new business opportunities for the organization to drive growth and profitability. The role will support our various account managers and sales channels to identify opportunities, support sales, and marketing initiatives. The Business Development Manager will educate and inform customers of Roush services. This role will be a member of the Roush Entertainment Systems leadership team and key leader in our Orlando, Florida facilities.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and leading strategic initiatives designed to grow revenue and profitabilityQualifying producing quality leadsAnalyzing national and regional sales and marketing data and supporting the development of measurement processes, tools and techniquesWorking collaboratively with internal groups for business developmentWorking with development teams to develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation through qualified sales calls and visitsMaintaining and updating activity in various programs to ensure effective lead managementEducating and informing new and existing customers of the Roush service capabilitiesNurturing early-stage opportunities for future pipeline potentialRelaying key market feedback to help shape the company’s sales strategyWorking with Marketing and Sales teams to identify market opportunities for growthAttending events and associated with the following examples: ASTM (F24), IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions), TEA (Themed Entertainment Association)To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business or Marketing Minimum of 5 years of experience in the business-to-business sales environmentAbility to travel up to 25%, primarily domestically with some international travelProficient with Microsoft Office productsAbility to manage corporate relationships with multiple facetsAbility to coordinate services across multiple departmentsAbility to manage customer experience and drive revenueA successful candidate may also have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline5 years of experience working with the themed attractions/entertainment industry.Understanding of global sourcing process related to both new attractions and sustainment of current attractionsExperience on ride systems and show systems (including Animatronics and Show Action Equipment)
