We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, specializing in QA, Localization, and Audio services, to join our Global Business Development team. Based in Europe, you will build and grow client relationships, focusing on these services. This role offers the opportunity to influence our Globalize division and drive strategic growth.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Localization, QA, and Audio for the games industry, and success in managing commercial relationships. Experience in Language AI and testing automation is essential. The focus will be on generating new business, with some account management duties.
Work with Globalize division, Client Partners and Business Development Representatives to identify new prospective clients for Keywords’ Localization, QA and Audio services. Develop and execute sales development strategies for these prospective clients. Work with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout their lifecycle. Provide customer support, managing client expectations in collaboration with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors. Attend qualified trade conferences and provide on stand support where the company is exhibiting. Follow the company’s chosen sales methodology and produce all related reports. Support the Portfolio Directors and delivery teams in account management where required, managing the relationship with the client, and participating in customer review meetings.
