We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing team. Based in Brisbane, this role allows you to work autonomously, both on the road and from our Fortitude Valley showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your existing network with architects, designers, developers, builders, and contractors to drive sales and expand our presence in QLD, NSW, and VIC. Strengthen relationships with current clients to further grow the business and act as a true brand ambassador. Develop and nurture new client relationships to achieve individual and company sales targets. Deliver supplier presentations and manage product sample libraries. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful sales conversions and project delivery. Report on sales activities, market trends, and implement new strategies in line with company objectives. Plan and execute promotional events and activities. Maintain accurate data in ERP and CRM systems. Continuously update your product and brand knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience exceeding sales targets within the architecture and interiors industry. Strong networking skills and an existing client base. Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about personal and professional growth. Ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with integrity and honesty. Willingness to travel interstate and attend industry events. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM software, with fast data entry skills. Full driver's license and own car. Full working rights in Australia.
