If you are an expert Business Development personnel member promoting Engineered solution in O&G industry and are seeking a growth opportunity, Emerson offers an exciting role in Dubai, supporting the Emerson Measurement Solutions Systems Business Unit. You will have an exciting role of combined Engineering, Sales and Marketing responsibilities to grow “Process Analytical Systems” business across Middle East & Africa Region. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be for:

Take the lead on sales activity to grow Process Analytical System business to achieve and exceed goals to support the budget organization goals.  Take ownership of customer relationship management and be the primary contact with customers through the life cycle of the project, including but not limited to  Map customer organization and develop relationships at all levels and identify potential sponsors/ coaches Develop sponsors & coaches  Support customers from the conceptual stage to post-deliver customer support Engaging with customers proactively to identify, screen and select opportunities for pursuit, from conceptual or FEED stage to craft customer vision to position Emerson solution as the preferred solution for customer needs Preparing and driving pursuit plans for major projects, in collaboration with all relevant customers across Emerson and representatives’ organization  Ensuring Emerson’s Ethics and trade compliance processes are closely followed in all business transactions.  development activities that shall include but not be limited to Developing and implementing a Business Development Plan across Middle East & Africa Region Conducting customer awareness and demand creation campaigns for Emerson’s standard methodology Process Analytical Solutions Keep up to date with developments in products, industries and market trends and communicate the same to relevant collaborators within the organization.  Supervise the competitive landscape and develop strategies in collaboration with relevant partners to maintain our driven edge in the market Act as the Subject Matter Authority and Trusted Partner to customers to understand their latent needs & pains and drive Emerson Solution to address their needs Be the Solution Architect for the pursuit team and provide vital technical support in developing solution addressing customer needs and/ or reengineering customer vision/ needs   Be the subject matter authority to provide technical support to the proposal and execution team

. For this Role, You Will Need:

Ideally, you will have 15 years of experience in Sales or Marketing or Engineering of Process Analytical System or Products in O&G/ Refinery/ Petrochemical industries

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Having worked for Process analytical products or system in O&G &/or Refinery & Petrochemical industry.
