Business Development Manager

Responsible for deadline and deliverables management, placing Job Orders, and assisting the creative team in traffic management. Building and maintaining close relationships with clients; ultimately responsible for the health of client relationships and quality of services delivered Representing client’s interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations, deadlines, and delivery of related materials Manages team members on assigned projects and proposals, including developing and maintaining project schedules, budget development, weekly projected billing forecasts, and reviewing all creative materials to align with client objectives Establishes and maintains trusting relationships with both new and existing clients Prepares and presents new business opportunities to existing clients Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling Ensuring client satisfaction via feedback/survey Assistance in processing documents at the Ad Standards Council (ASC) Manage social media accounts Liaison with campaign partners that may/may not include PR, Influencer engagement, Community partnerships and the like
