The successful candidate will work closely with Microsoft CSP partners to engage with end-users and identify opportunities for upselling. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with Microsoft CSP partners to develop and execute strategies for engaging with end-users. + Identify and analyze potential upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. + Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and end-users. + Present and demonstrate Microsoft solutions to end-users, highlighting the benefits and potential for upsell. + Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. + Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + **Good command of Dutch and French** + Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the technology industry. + Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and CSP program. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers. + Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. + Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. **Preferred Skills:** + Knowledge of cloud services and digital transformation. + Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security solutions. + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
