This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:Actively drive sales and develop profitable channel partners.Support Arrow ECS Sales Teams in named partner accounts by providing business development, enablement, training, and vendor specialization (including product knowledge, programs, and roadmap information).Manage designated Resellers, developing business to meet vendor targets.Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to ensure Arrow is involved in opportunities.Expand business relationships within existing partners to deepen engagement.Onboard new partners that fit the profile for Arrow.Maintain a proactive approach in collaboration with vendor teams.

Your Profile:Results-driven with strong forecasting skills.2+ years of sales experience.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Business-savvy, proactive, and quick to learn.

Nice to Have:IT sales experience.
