This position will mainly focus on business development in Thailand relevant markets such as Transportation, Building Products and General Metal, etc. and penetrate into targeted customers to win business. This function needs to cooperate with R&D, marketing, technical service to ensure the strategy be implemented well to meet company goals for market share growth and profitability by
(1) Aggressively developing new customers (Transportation, Building Products and General Metal) by value selling in Thailand
(2) Building and extending relationship with targeted customers to make sure get business approval, win key project biddings, and align with all customers’ specs
(3) Leading development and promotion of new product platform to leverage business value by coordinating R&D, marketing, and technical service team
(4) Identify the market and handle business in Thailand by working with local team and facilities
