Key Areas of Responsibility:
Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the district based on Key Account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Execution and management of the yearly business plan of the region
Meet or exceed sales, volumes, and financial target
Responsible for the monthly business review meetings: sales, volumes, sales, forecast, price realization, customer complaints, escalations and supply chain
Ensure coordination between all customer facing functions, and distribution channels in the district to guarantee “one face to the customer”
Develop and maintain excellent communication links and relationship with top customers and the key decision makers in the region
Provide regular feedback about market development and competitive situation
Ensure follow up with customers with overdue accounts
Escalation management
Developing and driving credibility and long-term relationship with the customers in the assigned area, to fulfil long-term sales objectives
People management, including selection, development, goal setting and performance management. Ensures overall high level of talent and engagement levels
Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the predefined sales volume and profit goals
Required competences:
University degree with > 5 years of related experience
Experience in Sales in B2B or B2C environment
Excellent English
Marketing and digital know-how
Basic understanding of Finance and logistics
Relevant industry/market know-how
Professional negotiations skills
Strong communicator - good presentation skills
Strong communication skills to manage a vast array of internal & external stakeholders
Analytical – able to understand, interpret & leverage data
Organized – ability to consistently deliver on time, with quality

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
