About the team.
The K12 BDM team's focus will be on building sales by owning Gold accounts, delivering GP, growing Power Products, managing Commodities & managing CORE BSRS to deliver their KPIs. Coordinate sales activities between McCain direct selling teams, the Sales Agency and Distributors in an effort to drive profitable growth across the McCain portfolio of potatoes and appetizer products to the K12 segment. This person needs to be located within the North Eastern United States and will travel by car and other forms of transportation to customers in this territory.

Be a McCain Selling System expert with the ability to teach, mentor, and communicate the McCain Selling System principles with the Broker Sales Reps.Responsible for managing the K12 business & K12 brokers in their area.Manage and execute business plans to consistently deliver volume and net sales targets, as well as annual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) objectives covering sales and administration by the Sales Agency.Manage Sales Agency Partners and distribution customers within assigned area of responsibility to ensure both are professionally promoting, marketing and selling on behalf of McCain Foods USA to our identified and targeted end user customers.Coordinate activities of McCain Direct Selling sales managers with the sales agency leaders and their Broker Sales Reps to insure Gold, Silver and Bronze accounts are properly supported to meet annual sales objectives and KPIs.Adhere to the annual calendar for H1/H2 promotions, Sales Agency Reviews, new product launch training, and other activities as may be required through the fiscal year.Manage region T&E budgets to optimize ROI.Demonstrate principled leadership within the collaborative and team-oriented environment always striving to do business the right way.

Accountabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years foodservice sales experience in K12 SalesFoodservice industry knowledge.Broker management experience required.Personal characteristics should include; a strong work ethic, the willingness and capability to be a self-starter, the ability to make informed, independent judgments, strong interpersonal skills, negotiating and communication at all levels of an organization.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to manage and lead a team or small group of people.Computer skills must include: Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity of current McCain systems a plus.Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license.Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage a large geographical territory requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and regular overnight travel.

Compensation Package: $91,000.00 -$131,400.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
