**PURPOSE STATEMENT:**
The purpose of the role is to spearhead business growth and establish strategic partnerships in the fields of **Life Sciences** , **Pharmaceutical Packaging** , and **Advanced Flow Reactors** within Indonesia. This role combines business opportunity hunting, with dealership management, requiring the ability to build strong client relationships, optimize dealership performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
+ **Market Research and Strategy:**
+ Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze trends in target industries.
+ Develop and implement effective business development and dealership management strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
+ Provide competitor intelligence information, including pricing and activity monitoring at customer level.
+ **Sales and Revenue Generation:**
+ Develop and execute NBD plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
+ Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals/ tenders with clients and partners.
+ **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:**
+ Identify and onboard new clients in the following market segments:
+ Bioprocess, including Biosimilar (Biologics) and Vaccine Manufacturing, Cell Therapy R&D and Manufacturing (Private Biotech)
+ Genomics includes Diagnostic testing (Public/Private)
+ Cell Culture includes academic/government research facilities (Public)
+ Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and end clients.
+ **Dealership Management:**
+ Establish and manage dealership networks for life sciences, pharmaceutical packaging, and advanced flow reactor products.
+ Promote focused sales and marketing activities around new/ differentiated products.
+ Train, support, and monitor dealership partners to ensure alignment with company goals and product standards.
+ Evaluate dealer performance and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including field application scientists, marketing, business operations, PLMs to ensure seamless client and dealership experiences.
+ Provide insights and feedback to the PLM team for continuous improvement.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Science related.
+ > 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, with a focus on dealership or channel partner management.
+ Industry experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical packaging or advance flow technologies is highly preferred.
+ Established network in life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors in Indonesia.
+ Experience managing dealership networks or distribution channels for life sciences products.
+ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Indonesian market.

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Strong knowledge of dealership management practices, including onboarding, performance tracking, and partner support.
+ Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
+ Good understanding and alignment to MNC business code of conduct
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Support to marketing/promotional activities with business operations.
**WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:**
+ Internal: Director of BD and Market Expansion, CLS Sales Manager & Sales Teams, Business Operations Team, Field Application Scientists, Business Intelligence and Marketing Team.
+ External: Key Clients, Prospective Customers, and Distributors.
