Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with existing distributors and identify new business opportunities across Romania. Based in Bucharest, this role will involve travel to regions such as Muntenia, Dobrogea, and Moldova.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities, customers, and markets at the national level.Drive the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing deals, with a proactive "hunter" mindset.Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects, leveraging market data for strategic growth planning.Build strong relationships to generate sales, cross-sell products, and drive repeat business.Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet targets and company objectives.Prepare, present, and negotiate offers in line with company policies.Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizations to uphold preferred supplier status.Monitor competitor activity and report findings.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B industries.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Romania.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Results-driven with a passion for acquiring new customers.Self-motivated, with persistence and energy to meet objectives.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer issues efficiently.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.Resilience and adaptability under pressure.
