Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, within our Heat Exchanger team,  you will drive business growth by promoting the Danfoss heat exchanger range of products into the HVAC and Industry markets.

You'll identify new opportunities through direct and indirect channels, build on existing relationships, and deliver tailored proposals. Your efforts will enhance our market position and expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and grow sales opportunities through new and existing market segments and channels. Work closely with our partners/customers to close sales opportunities to achieving sales targets set. Proactively collect necessary market information, manage lead generation and supply feedback to the sales team to obtain competitive advantages Prepare annual business development plans and contribute to business development strategies for relevant HVAC and Industry segments to reach required business objectives Provide training to partners/customers as required Deliver weekly and monthly reports on activities and tasks  Update Salesforce with customer contacts and meeting reports
  Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.  Experience selling technical products into HVAC and Industry markets through direct and indirect channels. Experience in complex negotiations, understanding of channel partner contracts, and price management. Technical understanding of heat exchanger products and their application.  Employee Benefits
