Primary Role :
The incumbent will be responsible for driving profitable business growth within a specified region in Indonesia by managing and growing existing business, in addition to ensuring growth in new business. To achieve this, the incumbent will be required to develop effective business retention and growth strategies, while ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders within the specified region. The incumbent will further be responsible for nurturing and developing the talent pool of Territory Managers, reporting to the Sales Manager.
