Business Development Manager

工作职责:
- 根据公司销售战略,指定客户拓展计划,并完成年度销售目标;
- 按照既定的业务拓展计划,进行客户拜访组织技术交流,获取客户需求和业务机会。
- 按照客户需求和获取的业务机会,协调公司资源,完成客户方案的制定,并主导业务机会的推进,直至项目合同签订。
- 按照既定的业务拓展计划,组织行业或区域客户交流会,推介公司产品和技术。
- 在业务合同签订并移交实施过程中,协助进行客户沟通,并监督项目实施,直至合同期满。


任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,专业不限,环境工程或化工专业背景优先,硕士及以上学历优先;
- 五年以上工程服务销售经验或定制化解决方案销售经验,五年以上工业废水水处理系统工艺设计/运行维护经验或工程公司工艺调试经验;
- 熟悉工业客户废水处理系统和回收水处理系统工艺或运维的优先。
- 工作积极主动,有较强的自我驱动;
- 责任心强,目标导向。能够根据目标的需要,灵活调整并主动需求获取外部资源。
- 具有良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力,对开发客户和开拓市场有浓厚的兴趣;
- 具有良好执行力,能够确保销售策略和计划的落实。;
- 能接受较频繁的出差,根据项目需要每月24次。
