Seeking a business development professional with deep experience in selling enterprise solutions to banks, FIs, and fintechs in North America. This individual will be responsible for leading our business development efforts and delivering revenue and growth for Dandelion Payments business in the region.

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred. Ideally located in a major city in North America. Minimum of 7 years of sales/business development experience in banking/Fintech companies in North America. Strong track record of consistently achieving/surpassing targeted KPIs Ability to work within a fast-paced results-driven sales environment Ethics & Integrity – Leads organization with commitment to organizational vision, values, and goals Results Orientation – Delivers new client, revenue, and gross profit goals at a regional level Flexibility/Adaptability – Identifies the need for change and when necessary designs and drives changes in sales strategy/approach Client Orientation – Strategically analyzes customers’ needs to deliver proper solution Analytical Thinking – Uses different techniques to identify possible solutions and plan next steps Teamwork & Conflict Management – Promotes team spirit and fosters conflict resolution Communication & Influence – Communicates and Influences strategically and effectivelyWhat We Offer?
