BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Posting **Overview** This position is for an accomplished, highly motivated, and experienced mid-level salesperson who will promote and sell CROSSMARK’s solutions and professional services to current CROSSMARK customers and potential new customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Retail and CPG industries, the sales process, and an ability to develop relationships through existing contacts, with a strong ability to close deals. The candidate will work with the CROSSMARK Business Development team in the sales process to build and maintain relationships at director-level and above. The candidate will possess stellar work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency. **Responsibilities** + Ability to understand customer business problems within the CPG and Retail Industries and translate them into relevant solution discussions + Leverage existing relationships with CROSSMARK clients to create new business + Drive the sales process from opportunity to closing + Manage a sales quota + Participate in drafting and securing signed legal contracts + Actively manage the sales pipeline + Assist in creating sales messaging and marketing collateral + Assist in developing relationships with partner companies _Responsibilities With Regard to Workers’ Compensation Claims:_ You are responsible for reporting any employment related injury you incur to your direct supervisor as soon as possible following an incident resulting in an injury.
