Description BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Global, Growth-Oriented Company in Duluth My client, a global and growth-oriented company, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be key to driving client acquisition, development, and retention efforts across our services. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand our client base and services. + Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance the end-to-end client experience. + Drive client acquisition and retention efforts to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. + Build and maintain a strong network and industry knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market. + Nurture relationships with existing clients, securing referrals and identifying new business opportunities. + Use a consultative approach to negotiate complex deals and multi-year contracts. + Attend industry events to build relationships and strengthen partnerships. + Lead client reviews to reinforce value, manage expectations, and uncover new opportunities for growth. + Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Requirements + Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and business growth. + Exceptional at building relationships and communicating with clients at all levels. + Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. + Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of the business landscape and competitive strategies. + Strong presentation and negotiation skills. + Experienced with sales tools such as CRM systems, Power BI, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office. + Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
