Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of temporary CCTV solutions within the German construction sector. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with resellers and end-users, and helping position the company as a leading provider in this market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the German market, specifically within the construction industry.
• Establish the company’s temporary CCTV solutions as a top choice for construction security.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide tailored security solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Drive sales performance, meet targets, and close deals through effective negotiations.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with leadership to align business objectives and share insights.
What you can bring:
• 3+ years in business development or sales, ideally within the CCTV, construction, or security industries.
• Proven ability to enter new markets and grow business in the security sector.
• Strong understanding of temporary CCTV solutions, especially within the construction sector.
• Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
