Responsibilities

The Regional Business Development role will support and drive the achievement of the pharmacy team's aggressive 3 year ops income growth of $200M over the next 3 years. This team will be accountable to developing and cultivating strategic relationships with specialty and eventually infusion providers to drive prescriptions and infusion orders to Ascension sites.

 

Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences 3 years of leadership or management experience preferredPharmacy Healthcare Experience supporting physician engagementAble to travel nationally, up to 50%
