About The Role
The Business Development Manager in Arrow will be responsible for the management of existing and potential customers. The primary outcome is to drive profitable growth in the partner landscape through the acquisition of new logos as well as management and growth of existing customers They will be required to define customer and vendor needs and execute against a sales plan to develop and grow the business. The role will involve relationship management and development across both our partners and vendors to ensure trust and mutual execution of business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors within their business group’s specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
Responsible for implementing business development initiatives.
Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
You have experience in a similar position within a relevant sector.
Can build and develop strategic business relationships.
Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
Understanding of F5 technologies is desirable.
Effective communication with people at all levels.
Fluency in English.
