About the role

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our Thin Surfacing business. You’ll play a critical role in developing new client relationships, securing contracts, and driving business performance while working alongside a highly experienced and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

Identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships Leading bid and tender preparation, ensuring strategic, high-quality submissions Monitoring industry trends and market conditions to drive business strategy Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including operations and estimating teams Representing the business at industry events to increase brand visibility Coaching and mentoring a small team to ensure long-term business success

What you’ll bring

7+ years of experience in the civil infrastructure industry  Strong business development and estimating skills (spray seal/pavement experience preferred) A strategic mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships A track record of securing high-value contracts and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
